Forklift Hook Attachment for Suspended Lifting

The Forklift Hook Attachment is designed to give forklift operators a quick and practical way to lift suitable suspended loads using their existing forklift truck. Converts Your Forklift into a Practical Lifting Point

This fork-mounted hook attachment allows a forklift truck to be used as a mobile lifting point for suitable suspended loads. The unit slides over the forks through the fork pockets and is then secured in position using thumb screws, helping to create a controlled lifting point underneath the forklift forks.

1000kg, 2500kg and 5000kg Capacity Options

This Forklift Hook Attachment is available in three capacity options to suit different lifting requirements. The 1000kg model is a compact option for lighter lifting tasks, while the 2500kg and 5000kg models are designed for heavier-duty applications where greater lifting capacity is required.

The models available are:

• FLH10 / MK10 – 1000kg capacity, 250mm fork pocket centres, 14kg weight
• FLH25 / MK25 – 2500kg capacity, 450mm fork pocket centres, 25kg weight
• FLH50 / MK50 – 5000kg capacity, 450mm fork pocket centres, 49kg weight

Complete with Swivel Hook and Galvanised Shackle

Each forklift hook attachment is supplied complete with a red swivel hook with safety catch and a galvanised Dee shackle with safety pin and bolt. The swivel hook helps the lifting connection align more naturally with the load, while the safety catch helps retain the lifting accessory in the hook during use.

For many applications, customers use this attachment with suitable lifting slings and shackles. A shackle can be useful between the hook and sling arrangement where a larger, more practical connection point is required.

Adjustable Along the Forks

The attachment is designed to be adjustable along the length of the forklift forks, allowing the operator to position the lifting point to suit the load and lifting arrangement. Once the attachment is in the required position, the thumb screws should be tightened securely underneath the forks before use.

A secondary tether is always recommended for additional protection. Operators should also carry out a pre-use inspection before lifting and follow the supplied user instructions.
