Do all products come with safety certification?
Yes, all our lifting equipment, including hoists, slings, and shackles, is fully certified and supplied with the necessary LOLER and CE documentation to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
What is the standard lead time for delivery?
Standard stock items are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. For custom-built equipment or large gantries, lead times may vary between 5 to 10 business days depending on the complexity of the order.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large industrial projects?
We provide competitive tiered pricing for bulk orders. Please contact our sales engineering team directly with your specifications to receive a bespoke quotation.
Can I return equipment if it doesn't fit my application?
Unused standard items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-made or modified equipment, such as specific lengths of wire rope, are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept for business accounts?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (BACS). For regular industrial clients, we also offer the option to apply for a 30-day credit account subject to status.
How do I know which lifting capacity (WLL) I need?
Selecting the correct Working Load Limit (WLL) is critical for safety. We recommend consulting our technical guides or speaking with our specialists to ensure your equipment accounts for the weight of the load plus a necessary safety factor.
